What is the responsibility of this support group?

  • Both specific applications issues and general issues coming from users that could be at VO level (such as new user registration to VO) or other problems at community level

How is this support group organized?

  • There are team accounts for each VO.
  • There are 3 "VO / Applications Support Groups" as follows:
    • Env VO / Applications Support Group
    • Meteo VO / AS Group
    • Seismo VO / Applications Support Group

Env VO / Applications Support Group

This group is dedicated only to support the issues of Env VO's users and applications. For each application deployed in this VO there is a team account which is shared by all the knowledgeable supporters that can solve the related application specific issues. There are currently the following team accounts (for each application there is a specific team account):

  • MCSAES_support
  • CHERS_support
  • GreenView_support
  • MODIS_support
  • LizzaPAKP_support
  • MSACM_support
  • MSERRHSA_support

Meteo VO / Applications Support Group

Similarly to "Env VO / Applications Support Group", this group is dedicated only to support the issues of Meteo VO's users and applications. For each application deployed in this VO there is a team account which is shared by all the knowledgeable supporters that can solve the related application specific issues. There are currently the following team accounts (for each application there is a specific team account):

  • REFS_support
  • REHIM_support
  • RESEWA_support
  • WRFARW_support

Seismo VO / Applications Support Group

Idem for "Seismo VO / Applications Support Group". This group is dedicated only to support the issues of Seismo VO's users and applications. For each application deployed in this VO there is a team account which is shared by all the knowledgeable supporters that can solve the related application specific issues. There are currently the following team accounts (for each application there is a specific team account):

  • ELF_support
  • FPS_support
  • MDSSP-WA_support
  • NMMC3D_support
  • SDS_support
  • SRA_support
