What is the responsibility of this support group?

  • Handle issues with gLite middleware and/or other software (like Torque/Maui) which is commonly used by grid sites
  • Handle gLite installation and configuration issues

How is this support group organized?

  • There are 2 team accounts (one for EGEE-SEE and one for SEE-GRID-SCI) that leverage existing mailing lists which are used for support
  • There are individual accounts for supporters who can handle the type of complex issue which are specific for grid middleware
