A team account is a shared account that is used jointly by multiple supporters.
There are team accounts for Level 1 Support and for VO/Application Support Group, gLite Middleware Support Group and for Operational Tools Support Group.
EGEE-SEE project has one team account for "Level 1 Support" which is used by all EGEE-SEE teams which rotates transparently in weekly shifts
SEE-GRID-SCI project has one team account for "Level 1 Support" which is used by all SEE-GRID-SCI teams which rotates transparently in weekly shifts
VO/Applications Support groups have one team account for each application which is deployed in their respective VO (both EGEE-SEE and SEE-GRID-SCI VOs).
Operational Tools Support group has one team account for each operational tool which is supported in EGEE-SEE or SEE-GRID-SCI.
gLite Middleware Support group has one team account in respect to "egee-sa1-tech" support mailing list in EGEE-SEE and one team account in respect to "see-grid-gim" support mailing list in SEE-GRID-SCI. Thus these two team accounts are linked to the community forums and leverage the existing mailing lists in each project.
