Guideline for site re-certification

1. A ticket “Start re-certification of xxx site” is created by SET and closed by country GIM.

2. The country representative evaluates the reasons for bad availability of the site.

2.1. If the reason can be identified, then

2.1.1. If the issue is middleware configuration problem, the country rep assists the site to resolve the issue

2.1.2. If the issue is infrastructural, e.g. electricity, network instability, the country representative assists the resolution, and notifies PSC about reason and expected time to resolution.

2.1.3. If the reason is unclear, full reinstallation of all worker nodes and core services is performed.

3. Re-certification phase – at least one week of successful tests should be passed. If something can not be understood by the country representative, a ticket in helpdesk is created.

4. The country representative creates a ticket to GOOD to approve change status to “certified”.

5. Ticket is closed, and country representative changes status to “certified”.
