In order to become a user of the EGEE Grid Infrastructure you should:

  • Gain access to a User Interface (UI) machine which hosts the required client software for developing and running applications in the EGEE Grid
  • Acquire a digital certificate from your accredited National CA.
  • Join an existing Virtual Organization (VO) or apply for the introduction of a new VO

There are some rules that apply in order to be an EGEE user. You can check if you are eligible by reading the Access Usage Policy.
